Dennis joined the staff at Avondale UMC as Children's Minister and Office Manager
in 2019. He is a certified candidate for ordained ministry in the Florida Conference
of the United Methodist Church and plans to attend seminary. Dennis has been a
volunteer in Children's Ministry teaching Sunday school to K-2nd children since
2017. Dennis plays multiple musical instraments and has served in our praise band.
Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, he has lived in Jacksonville since 1992 and
graduated from Mandarin High School. He received his B.S. in Communication
from the University of North Florida in 2012. He enjoys spending his free time with
his lovely wife Melissa and their Chihuahua, Mr. Wibbles.
